At Green Mountain Transit, we’re always working to improve our service, and that starts with understanding the people who ride with us every day.
We’re conducting a short demographic survey to learn more about our riders, including who we’re serving and how we can better meet your needs. Your responses will help guide future service planning, funding decisions, and improvements across our system.
As a thank you for your time, you can receive one free ride credit after completing the survey.
How to receive your free ride credit:
- Online survey: Enter your email address at the end of the survey
- Paper survey: Available at the Downtown Transit Center. Return your completed survey to staff and include your email address
Free ride credits will be added automatically to your account after the survey period closes.
- Limit one free ride credit per person
- Participation will be tracked to ensure fair distribution of rewards
Your responses are confidential and will only be used in aggregate to improve GMT services.
