Collective Bargaining Agreements

The Collective Bargaining Agreements between Green Mountain Transit and Teamsters Union Local 597 sets out the terms and conditions of employment for Bus Operators and Maintenance staff working at GMT. The Maintenance and Rural Operators Agreements took effect on July 1, 2024, and run through June 2027. The Urban Operators Agreement took effect on July 1, 2025, and runs through June 2029.
