Vermont City Marathon :: Service Alerts

Due to road closures throughout Burlington for the Vermont City Marathon and Relay on Sunday, May 24, several service changes will be in place from the start of service until roadways reopen.

Rt 1 Williston

Buses will not have access to the Downtown Transit Center. They will utilize spots L and K on Pearl Street until Cherry Street reopens at approximately 12:45 PM.

Additionally, buses will not serve stops on Cherry Street, Battery Street, and Main Street between Battery Street and S Union Street. Inbound riders should utilize the stop on Main Street opposite of Edmunds, College Street at S Union Street or Pearl Street at N Union Street

Buses will not have access to the Downtown Transit Center. They will utilize spots L and K on Pearl Street until Cherry Street reopens at approximately 12:45 PM.

Additionally, buses will not serve stops on Maple St, Saint Paul Street, Pine Street, Home Avenue, and Queen City Park Road. Outbound riders should utilize Rt 6 Shelburne Road stops on S Union Street and Shelburne Road until roadways reopen.

Additionally, buses will not serve stops on Maple St, Saint Paul Street, Pine Street, Home Avenue, and Queen City Park Road. Outbound riders should utilize Rt 6 Shelburne Road stops on S Union Street and Shelburne Road until roadways reopen.
